My role as Product Designer

My main role was to design the MVP, which included features like "Market," "Liquidation," and NFTs. As the project evolved, I also designed the admin panel and "Staking" functionality. It may not sound too complex, but over the course of three years, we were constantly busy — from exploration and research, through concept development, to the visual design of the entire web application, supporting both Dark Mode and responsiveness.

1b

Expertise

🧠 UX Design

  • Designing Lending/borrowing/staking synthetic assets process, NFT staking, Admin Panel, Governance CMS and other features (such as Wallet connection, market’s statistics)

🔬 UI Design

  • Responsive Web Design (Smartphone, Tablet, Desktop)
  • Dark/Light mode

📐 UI Kit

  • A comprehensive Style Guide tailored for developers – a well-structured foundation that turns design into clean, scalable code.
  • Fully prepared design tokens (colors, spacing, radius, typography)
  • A consistent library of buttons, text styles, and color palettes
  • Advanced components ready for implementation

02

Research

Tackling the complex world of crypto, I led the research phase for Paribus.io — starting with an in-depth competitive analysis, followed by exploratory workshops and a design studio to spark innovation. To ground our strategy, I conducted a SWOT analysis, identifying key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. These insights laid a solid foundation for designing a smarter, more intuitive user experience in a highly technical domain.

Research: What I have done?

Workshops + Design Studio

Creating plannig for usability testing, eg. of documents (instructions) provided for redeeming codes in the e-commerce section of the ViCare app, as well as testing the intuitiveness of the user journey during the purchase process.

Information architecture

Building a clear and intuitive Information Architecture to support a seamless user experience. I mapped out the app’s core functionalities, crafted detailed user flows, and defined a structured navigation system.

UX: What I do?

Wireframes

I created wireframes to map out key screens and interactions, helping the team align on structure and ensure a smooth user experience before moving into visual design.

Information acrchitecture

Creating a clear, logical structure for the app. Designing a blueprint for how information is grouped, named, and navigated.

Prototypes

Simulations of user interactions, allowing to explore concepts, validate usability, and gather feedback before development begins.

04

UI

I crafted a complete user interface for app.paribus.io, focusing on responsiveness, usability, and modern aesthetics. The design includes:

  • Responsive Web Design (optimized for smartphones, tablets, and desktops)
  • Dark & Light Mode (seamless support for user preferences)
  • Clean, intuitive, and scalable UI ready for future growth

Design that not only looks sharp, but works flawlessly – anywhere, anytime.

UI: What I do?

Paribus app

Designing a main frontend application for the Paribus protocol, where users can actively manage their DeFi activities. Both, light and dark mode

Governance module

A decentralized protocol management system where PBX token holders shape the future of the platform. Users can vote on key proposals, influence ecosystem changes, and earn rewards for active participation.

Staking App

Designing staking app based on a smart contract that locks in a set number of PBX tokens for a given period of time. When the contract has been completed the tokens that were staked and the reward tokens are released.

Admin/Control panels

A backend interface that allows administrators or authorized users to manage and control a website, application, or system. It is typically not visible to regular users.

About

Paribus is a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol whose main mission is to enable the use of a wide range of digital assets—including NFTs, LP tokens (Liquidity Provider), synthetic assets, and so-called real-world assets (RWA)—as collateral in lending and staking processes, while maintaining interoperability across multiple blockchains.

The company’s mission is to remain chain agnostic and at the same time connect innumerable assets across multiple blockchains, allowing win-win transactions between borrowers and lenders.
